We collect and process only the necessary personal data provided by you through our online consultation forms, booking system, or direct service registration:

  1. Basic Personal Data: Full name, telephone number, email address, date of birth, emergency contact.
  2. Sensitive Health & Fitness Data: Fitness goals, current medical history/musculoskeletal conditions, body measurements, dietary preferences, training check-in logs.
  3. Technical Data: IP address, device information, access logs, and session cookies to ensure system stability and security.

3. Purpose of Processing

  1. Contacting you to confirm 1-on-1 consultation schedules and private studio tours.
  2. Designing science-backed personalized training routines, nutritional roadmaps, and injury recovery therapy.
  3. Maintaining member records, tracking physical transformation, and managing membership contracts.
  4. Sending important studio notifications, appointment reminders, and customer care messages.

4. Commitment Against Third-Party Sharing

KSolution strictly adheres to the principle of confidential data storage. We never sell, rent, or disclose your personal or health data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes without your explicit consent, except when required by competent Vietnamese authorities under the law.
